The Meadows Sanctuary, located in southern Jefferson County, is a 45-acre residential community that includes 13 acres of open space designed as bird and wildlife habitat. Design services for The Meadows included master planning through detailed site design and construction administration. The study and use of native, low-water and berry-producing plant material was undertaken during the design process, and natural elements were incorporated throughout the site. All aspects of the project, from master planning through detailed site design and construction administration, were accomplished with sensitivity to wildlife and landscape.
