Design through construction administration services were provided for the addition to the Shrine of St. Anne Catholic Church, located in the heart of Olde Town Arvada. The expansion to the 1920's building created opportunities for such features as an enhanced entry and drop-off area, improved streetscape and perimeter landscaping, and the creation of an interior courtyard.
Design inspiration for the project's specialty detailing and interior courtyard spaces was derived from forms commonly found on the church building, such as the barrel vault ceiling of the sanctuary and the prevalent use of the arch in the window and door detailing.
