Kristin has had the opportunity to research, design and manage an interesting mix of public and private land planning projects. As both a planner and landscape architect, Kristin's expertise includes field work documentation, public outreach, graphic design, planning and preliminary design development. A researcher at heart, Kristin continually drives the theoretical and philosophical underpinnings of Britina's work, methodologies and best practices in regards to public outreach, planning and design. As the primary point of contact for Britina's community planning and design work, Kristin is often the face of Britina during public meetings and project presentations, where her gift for communication and consensus-building shines.

Tim is our design visionary! With his years of experience, Tim brings a creative edge and fresh perspective to every project. His understanding of creative detail design have served him well in all stages of the design process, from site design and graphic presentation through construction documentation. His responsibilities and interest have included product and material research and application, light integrated design, and spatial enhancement through site-specific detailing. Tim's professional background includes work in urban streetscapes, residential community, and hotel and resort design with projects in the western United States, Canada and the Middle East.

Chris Cooper
Associate
As a Landscape Architect with twenty years of project management, planning, and design experience, Chris has had the opportunity to coordinate with multi-disciplinary design teams for public and private sector clients. His responsibilities have spanned the entire design process from developing the project theme and image, community participation, schematic design, design development through construction documentation, and construction administration. As a Project Manager, Chris works closely with clients and office members to see a project through to completion. His excellent client rapport and solid design experience allow him to ensure that projects move smoothly through the office.
