windsor downtown master plan
BRITINA design group collaborated with the Town of Windsor, Colorado and Progressive Urban Management Associates (PUMA), to create an Economic and Form Based Master Plan for the Windsor community.
Beginning with a review of the existing planning documents and established downtown vision, Britina guided the Town through a series of public meetings and open houses that built on the existing Downtown Design Guidelines to create a Form Based Master Plan.
The finalized Master Plan has helped the Town shape future development by clearly establishing funding mechanisms, organizational structures and design concepts that help realize the overall vision for the downtown.
