On existing school grounds with large open play spaces and mature trees, Britina collaborated with the neighborhood and City of Englewood to develop a use and activity plan for transforming the land into a well-loved and highly-utilized neighborhood park. Britina’s design team assisted the project stakeholders in finalizing the placement and character of the preferred site uses. Britina created a final master plan through construction documentation including new sidewalks, a shelter, restrooms, a sport court, playground equipment, landscape enhancements, and a refreshed irrigation system.
